Happy birthday to Ito san!!! I tried to make a rare cheese cake with rose for the first time.
Do you know what these roses are made from....
I made them from apple :)
I didn't use any food red.
The pink pale color is from apple.
BUT
the taste was not so good（；＿；）

I sliced some apple and its peel, and put them in the range with sugar and lemon squeeze for a few minutes. The sliced apple become red in a few hours...
