Japanese food

I' ve started studying Japanese food, and I bought this Japanese basic recipe book.
"Kihon no Washoku"


And I cooked some Japanese foods :)

★This is a hamburger with radish and labiate and Ponzu.
It's not so oily, so I like this!




★This is Chikuzen-ni without chiken.
Maybe we can't call it Chikuzen-ni if we don't use chiken....
I don't know.
But I used a lot of vegetables, so it's healthy:)
And I could cook it very good!!!


★This is a Rei-shabu.
There are some porks, mini-tomatoes, slices of cucamber and labiates, and boiled beansprouts!
We can buy a bin of sauce for this food at supermarket!



★These dishes were nasty. I don't want to cook them again.

But this Ton-jiru(soup) was delicious!

I'm glad if you come to be interested in Japanese food!

I threw a small birthday party for Tamu-chan the other day.
She became 25 years old at last!
Happy birthday, Tamu-chan :)
I made a chocolate cake for her. I wanted to use some strawberries, but she didn't like it so much. So I used just some bananas.
This is so simple cake, isn't it?
I wanted to make it more colorful（；＿；）
But she was pleased about it, so maybe it was O.K....

Lunch

I didn't cook my lunch once or twice a week last year.
But I've decided to cook lunch everyday this year!!!
It's good for my health and I can save money, too!!!

This is my lunch box and today's lunch :)
I want to keep my decision!
And I want to know Japanese food more!!

Rose cake☆

Happy birthday to Ito san!!!

I tried to make a rare cheese cake with rose for the first time.

Do you know what these roses are made from....

I made them from apple :)

I didn't use any food red.

The pink pale color is from apple.

BUT

the taste was not so good（；＿；）

Sorry, Ito san....

My family came to see me today・・・

I stuff foods to my lunch box everyday, but I didn't have to make a lunch today.

Because my mother came to see me, and brought me a lunch box!!!

There are pig steamed fish pastes!!!

So cute, isn't it??

And they were delicious!!

New York cheese cake

I made a New York cheese cake for Chika-chan!

Suddenly I thought・・・

I wanted to eat Taco-rice（>_<）
Taco-rice, Taco-rice ♪
Do you know it? It's an Okinawa food with Taco and Salsa!!!
I cooked it, but I dropped dice tomato and sauce from the cutting board to floor when I almost finished cooking, so I had to prepare them again.
But it was so tasty! So please try it, if you have a chance.

And I used a cat dish, which is same as my mother day's gift.
I also bought it for me!!!

★recipe for 2 Taco-Rice★
200g ground meet of beef and pork
1 piece of garlic
1/2 mince onion
sault and pepper
●2 tablespoons ketchup
●1 tablespoon sauce
●1/2 teaspoon sugar
●1 dice tomato
●1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 dice tomato
lettuce
cheese
salsa

By the way, I cooked UDON today!!
I used plum, yam, okra, medium boiled egg, mushroom and nori topping.
Usually I buy the noodles, so I have to just boil them.
But I tried to make noodles for the first time!!!
It looked so tasty, but actually it was not so good（>＿<）
It was a little hard・・・.
I'll never try noodle again, but I want to try handmade pizza next time!!

Cooking Goods☆

I went shopping today.

I like kitchen goods so much! Cute and colorful kitchen goods make me feel happy when I cook. Sometimes I listen to music when I cook（＾＿＾）
I hated cooking before, but these goods and music call me to kitchen everyday!!

I bought these cute measuring cups and spoons!!!

And this apple cutting board!!!

By the way, I hope I can show you my handmade stuff next time!!!

Handmade Hamburger Party!

I had a hamburger party at lunch time today!
I cooked hamburger steak, and Tamu-chan cooked buns at home each other yesterday, and we united them today!!! It was so tasty!

I noticed・・・
My blog is always about food these days（＾＿＾）
I can't eat a lot, but eating good foods makes me feel happy♪

My mother is sick now, and she has't eaten any foods these two weeks. Just infusion.
But she can eat foods from tomorrow at last!

So I feel that I'm so happy, because I can eat foods everyday and I'm healty now.

Happy Birthday!!

Today was a birthday of Tamu-chan. So I made a heart cake! It took a long time to make a cake last night, so I'm sleepy now・・・.

She was pleased with it, so I'm happy!

Tomorrow is a holiday in Japan, I want to make something!

Today I prepared for party!! These dishes are new for me, so there were a little troubles・・・.

And I made a small cake for me which I used remains.

Giga-pudding!!!

I had a party for the other day. There were 35 people, and the day was a birthday for a person. So I and Tamu-chan made a giga-pudding for him!!! Maybe it's difficult to see how big this pudding was・・・. But it needed 1.6L boiled water! Also it was tasty!

And these days, I have some happy news of my friends. A friend bore a girl two days ago. And another friend has got a job at the consulate general?? from next March in UK!!! So I feel happy（＾ー＾）　Maybe next turn is me????

I'm hungry ・・・

Monster Banana Cake

I want to give it to my friend in return for her invitation tomorrow.
